TEC100/B
The flagship of the Rabotti common rail test equipment line is the TEC100/B. The TEC100/B is a self contained fully automated bench for the testing of common rail fuel pumps and injectors. The TEC100/B utilizes electronic measurement of fuel flows to insure greater accuracy. Test parameters are loaded and stored into the test bench computer, or they can be manually loaded as needed. The TEC100/B can test simultaneously up to five different injectors. On completion of pump and/or injector tests, a print out is available showing the results for each test, including highlighting where results did not fall within acceptable ranges. The TEC100/B also measures and reports injector pre-injection characteristics. The TEC100/B cools the test fluid using an air-fuel heat exchanger. Water cooling is an available option.
TEC100/B-11KW
With an eye to servicing the next generation of common rail fuel systems and continuing their
long-standing dedication to the advancement of the diesel aftermarket, Rabotti has created the TEC100/B-11KW for testing Common Rail injectors and pumps.
More than just a simple upgrade of the outstanding TEC100/B, this bench has a 11KW/15HP motor and offers upgraded software and hydraulics. It can test the new, larger CP-3 pumps and injectors. Pump inlet and outlet temperature measuring device and oil lubrication device are internally incorporated into the bench. The TEC100/B-11KW can also test up to six injectors at a time. A printer stand is also included.
Rabotti also offers two common rail test systems for use with most existing test benches.
TEC200
The TEC200 operates identical to the TEC100, except the operator is prompted to adjust the test bench RPM as needed. However, automated RPM controls can be integrated into Rabotti test benches.
TEC300
The TEC300 is similar to the TEC200, except it uses the test bench beakers for measurement instead of electronic measurement.
