DIPACO offers a REBUILD THE FUTURE^® training course for testing and repairing Common Rail (HPCR), Electronically Controlled Unit Injector (EUI) and Electronically Controlled Unit Pump (EUP) fuel systems. The course covers Common Rail fuel systems including high-pressure pumps, injectors, electronic controls and sensors. Electronically Controlled Unit Injector fuel systems covered include Caterpillar, Cummins Celect, DDC Series 60, Delphi and EUP pumps.

Schools focus on using Rabotti common rail and unit injector test equipment.

The course is designed to provide sufficient training and information to begin repairing and testing HPCR, EUI and EUP fuel system components using the REBUILD THE FUTURE^® test equipment. The course provides valuable information for technicians new to HPCR, EUI and EUP fuel systems. The courses are taught by Rick Bumgardner, DIPACO Service Manager.

Each course combines classroom work and hands-on training using high-pressure pumps, injectors and the REBUILD THE FUTURE^® test equipment. Each course covers the following:
HPCR, EUI & EUP fuel system operation
Technical information
High-pressure pump disassembly & reassembly
HPCR injector disassembly & reassembly                          
EUI disassembly & reassembly                               
EUP disassembly & reassembly
Inspection
Operation of RTF test equipment
Test bench procedures

The school cost is $500 per person for the 3 day course. A $750 deposit is required to hold a school space. The difference between the $750 and the course cost will be refunded at the school. We have arranged lodging at either the Peppermill Hotel or Eldorado Hotel with room rates ranging between $40-$130 per night, depending on the time of year. DIPACO will provide transportation and lunch during the schools. RTF courses begin on either Monday or Wednesday.

Space in each course is limited to a maximum of six students in order to provide maximum benefit. Spaces are allocated based on the first six deposits received.
